Affiliate Marketing Scams - Avoid Them Like The Plague
Affiliate marketing scams have been around for a long time.
It takes a good eye to spot them.
You need to know what to watch out for and what to avoid.
The truth is that while there are some excellent quality programs out there, you still should be wary of certain things.
No Track Record
The company you found hasn’t been around for a long time. So they promise you things like,
“Get in now. This is a ground floor opportunity!”
You aren’t able to find them online for references. So what do you do? I suggest you find
another company and product to promote.
It’s not worth the risk.
No Contact Information
What? You can’t contact them?
There’s no customer service support number. You can’t even find a mailing address.
(Obviously it’s one of those awful affiliate marketing scams)
So how in the world will you be taken care of? Or your customers who buy the product you promoted?
Don’t walk, RUN!
Paying A Monthly/Yearly Fee
Legitimate affiliate opportunities are free. If you do find one where there is a fee,
then it’s probably one of many MLM opportunities.
While MLM itself is legitimate and you can make a good living at it, most people fail.
Back to what I was saying, I recommend being a Clickbank affiliate. They are free.
