Ok, let’s go over the different types of passive income.

There are a few. So I’ll begin with:

Royalties

I’m sure you already know that actors and musicians still keep getting paid from their work every time someone buys/ rents their products like dvd’s and cd’s.

Oh, and even for commercials.

Authors like Stephen King still make money for each book that is bought. Royalties can pay out for life too!

Interest and Dividends

Some people have enough money in stock, 401k’s (well, probably not as much as before since the recession hit) to be able to draw a monthly income from it to be able to live off of.

Some people like the idea of being able to live off the interest so they don’t have to work.

Pretty cool, huh?

However, this is one of the types of passive income that is not so common.

You would need A LOT of money in the stock fund or 401k to even get a decent monthly income from it.

Real Estate

The reason why a lot of people invest in real estate is so they can make a good living.

While it does require a lot of work and a lot of knowledge, it can be a good investment in the right market and with the right loan.

But, it doesn’t always go as planned due to many factors like the market, the mortgage, the condition of the property, etc. There are many risks.

Real estate brokers also fit in this income category.

In this section I’ll go over 3 types of passive income:

MLM distributor

being an affiliate

Internet marketing is a vast and hugely growing industry.

Why?

Well, lots of people are attracted to being able to earn easy money online.

Heck, it sure sounds good to be able to work your own hours and even in your pajamas if you want.

Some examples of earning money are:

making your own website, showing people how to make ebooks, doing pay per click ads (PPC), joining an affiliate cpa network and blogging.

MLM opportunities are very popular and is a growing industry. They can make people very wealthy.

Affiliate marketing is also very popular and there are some people who make thousands of dollars a month.

So yes, it can be very profitable.
